Trillium Aviation Corp.
Trillium
Aviation Corp. was established in October 2008 with the
financial assistance of SolidTrust Pay... an
on-line financial intermediary / payment
processor. (
www.solidtrustpay.com)
The initial focus of Trillium Aviation has centred
around hanger construction at the Peterborough
Airport. There are few heated hangars available between
Ottawa/Kingston and the Greater Toronto Area for aircraft to
overnight or to be permanently hangered. Trillium Aviation
services these needs. With 22,500 square feet of floor
space plus a lounge & pilot prep room, our hangar can
accommodate anything that can fit through our 21X80 hanger
door. Aircraft as large as a Bombardier CRJ 200 or Falcon
20... or as small as a Challenger Ultralight is welcome.
The heated hangar is ideal for smaller jets or any aircraft with
glass panels, as the glass panel required time to function
is drastically reduced in cold weather. Anyone
who desires a warm airplane during the winter can find a
home here!
A secondary focus has been in the investment of up and coming
aircraft.
Trillium Aviation has invested in
ICON Aircraft, an amphibious sports plane
extraordinaire! The ICON has attracted international
attention and had rave reviews in the Wall Street Journal,
MAXIM, FORTUNE, Business Week, Forbes, Popular Mechanics, Robb
Report, WIRED, to mention a few. It has also been
featured on television on The Discovery
Channel, Discovery
Canada, Fox News. Extraordinary INDEED! The ICON A5 with
its’ exclusive foldable wings, can be trailered to your own
home and kept in your garage!
The ICON is expected to be available in late 2010 or early
2011. Trillium Aviation has five of these amazing aircraft
on order with earlier positions. Want
one? Contact us. When they are ready, one
can be yours!
Trillium Aviation, in conjunction with Eric B. Robinson
Limited, is developing a unique 6 place amphibious
aircraft. (The back two seats are optional if more storage
area is required). Initially, this cost effective composite
aircraft will be sold as a quick build kit (2000 hours or less)
which either a builder or finishing centre may
complete. This advanced aircraft will be a
"go-anywhere", modern, class cockpit equipped
aircraft suited for the "go
anywhere" pilot. The unique nature of this aircraft
will make it ideally suited for search and rescue!
Lastly, our own aircraft, a Cirrus SR 22
Turbo with a G1000 glass panel and EVS infrared
system, is available for charter. Please inquire.
